As a member of the Software Quality Engineering team, Quality Engineer will participate in testing and quality improvements for a highly scalable web-based applications
Job Responsibilities:
● Reviews high-level and detailed requirements specifications.
● Designs and develops automated test plans based upon functional and
design specifications and manual test plans.
● Creates and extends automated test frameworks.
● Executes and maintains automated test scripts. Analyses test results and
recommends corrective actions.
● Responsible for following SDLC and software testing processes, quality
assurance methodology and best practices and techniques adopted by
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
● Evaluates quality risk for product changes/fixes and proposes test strategy
to address risks.
● Plans daily activities and reports project quality status
● Provides technical guidance to junior engineers.
● Participates in product feature design reviews and code reviews.
● Conducts reviews of automated test plans
● Evaluate quality risk for product changes/fixes and propose test plans to

● Design, development, maintenance of testing infrastructure
● Development of test cases and automation work involves CypressIO,
WebDriverIO, JavaScript .
Requirements:
● 4-6 years experience in software testing and quality assurance standards.
● Experience working in a heterogeneous software development and
deployment environment including UNIX, Windows and Mac.
● 3 years of strong automated tests development using test automation
tools (CypressIO, WebDriver).
● Strong CS fundamentals, must be knowledgeable in programming and OO
concepts.
● Working knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL)
● Strong familiarity with Web production, design and content issues
(HTML/DHTML/JavaScript/Flash) is highly desired
● Experience with integration projects is highly desired, particularly
familiarity with Web Services, SOAP, and asynchronous messaging
solutions.
● Excellent organisational, oral and written skills.
● Previous experience creating test strategies, and writing test plans and test
cases.
● Must be able to work independently and under minimal supervision. Strong
problem solving skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated and
passionate about Quality.
● Extensive knowledge of development life cycle and QA processes.
