As the Lead Engineer, Technology Quality Assurance, you'll primarily responsible for creating and managing bots with various features like detention charge, spot bidding and more. You'll identify, design, and create use cases for RPA automation of business processes.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Understand end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for automation
Research and experiment with RPA tools for development and delivery of identified use cases
Implement and test automated BOTs to ensure that business processes operate efficiently without any error or deviations
Monitor and maintain automation BOTs post-implementation and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure smooth business operations
Take complete ownership of the RPA components from analysis to development to unit testing as well as production support
Create comprehensive documentation to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent related work or military experience
4 years of relevant experience as an RPA Developer or Automation Engineer
Basic knowledge of HTML, MS-Excel & Databases with SQL
Sound knowledge and working experience on RPA tools such as AssistEdge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.
It'd be great if you also have:
Good knowledge of any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Java, JS, .Net along with understanding of workflow-based logic
Basic knowledge of HTML, MS-Excel & Databases with SQL
Experience on designing technical specification documents for RPA Projects
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work collaboratively with development teams and Business, develop constructive relationships to achieve common goals
Solid analytical and business problem solving skills
