Strong CRM Experience is required
Experience in the following areas:
1. Minimum of 3 years working with IT and CRM systems
2. Experience in quality control and implementing improved practices and procedures
through IT.
3. Experience in dealing with the diverse IT requirements of different departments.
4. Experience developing training plans and conducting staff training.
5. Experience resolving IT issues and tracking all assigned issues from beginning to end.
