QA Automation Engineer

Our client is a fast-gorwing web company, looking for a smart, experienced QA Engineer to build next generation testing infrastructure. You will be responsible for design, implementation, and support of our automated test framework, as well as working on the scrum team to help deliver high quality software releases.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans and test cases
Automate performance and regression test cases
Perform functional, regression, smoke, ad-hoc, cross-browser testing
Independently lead QA efforts for projects/enhancements
Provide post-release support and training
Manage test environment, test data and automated regression test suite
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years experience with Selenium or Watir automation testing tools in a web application environment
Minimum 4 years QA experience testing web applications
Strong experience setting up automated load and monitoring tests in a production environment
Strong experience testing APIs and WebServices, browser based testing
Exposure to basic Web Technology Skills (HTTP, SSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Javaetc.)
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced unstructured environment, with a take-charge approach to getting things done
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong work ethic, positive and proactive attitude
Optional Skills:
Experience working with executive level customers
Experience with Agile/SCRUM
Experience with code coverage and code analysis tools
Experience with Continuous Integration tools and methodology
Strong test scripting experience using any of Ruby, PHP, Perl, Python, Shell Script, Selenium, JMeter, or LoadRunner
Knowledge of SQL queries along with general understanding of data models, data structures, metadata, and data warehouse architecture.
