Job Description:
The Prelude Operations Quality Lead position is key role in our Prelude team and wider Quality function. This position supports the activities of the Integrated Engineering Team and the Quality Management Process for the Prelude FLNG Engineering organization. The Prelude Operations Quality Lead is responsible for the overall implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management program in operations.
Some of the key deliverables and responsibilities for this role are as follows:
Demonstrate visible commitment to HSSE goals, including compliance with the Life Saving Rules and Goal Zero target;
Develop and maintain risk-based assurance events schedule in liaison with the Engineering and Operations LT;
Collate/retain assurance records including terms of reference and close-out reports
Support Operations and coordinate engineering input into the Statement of Fitness certificates for Brownfield projects and Change Proposals;
Develop, implement and track the process for demonstration of Technical Integrity for brownfield modifications and change proposals.
Development and implementation of Prelude Quality Management System and Quality Plan
Coordinate the correct application of quality management processes by the Engineering team.
Provide support to site and manufacturing workshop inspections for Brownfields projects.
Responsible for effective and risk-based quality processes and practices.
Prepare, maintain and implement a Shell audit program, taking into account work activities and quality risks;

Requirements:
Prepare, maintain and implement a Shell audit program, taking into account work activities and quality risks;
To be successful in the role you we are looking for someone with the following:
Degree (BSc or equivalent) in engineering discipline.
Previous experience as a Quality focal point for a large gas project / asset is preferred
Experience in quality assurance, construction, commissioning, handover and operation of offshore oil and gas facilities;
Skilled in the use of quality management processes such as Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans and Non-Conformance Reports.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Proficient in extracting and analysing data and insight from databases relating to systems completion, engineering data, handover information and quality records;
Strong personal ownership and accountability to deliver own scope and support others in the team and wider project.
Crucial to the success of this role is the ability to work collaboratively and lead effectively across multi-functional teams and interface with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, based in various locations, and being able to work autonomously.
