We are currently seeking an Analyst Quality Tester- UAT to join our team at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. The QA Tester - UAT position provides you with the opportunity to join a Fortune 4 Company where you can use your Facets, Medicare Part D (Med D), enrollments, and quality assurance or user acceptance testing (UAT) expertise. You will take ownership of the whole testing process, from gathering requirements, testing, documentation of results and signoff. As a UAT Tester your responsibilities will include:
• Participating in business requirement gatherings and review meetings and understanding the UAT testing scope.
• Create test estimates for simple to medium complex projects.
• Create well defined test plan, test case, test results documents for enrollment application and secure business signoff.
• Create/identify test data for testing scenarios from the frontend and backend application and perform detailed, Batch, Online as well as backend database testing (QA UAT) to ensure the results are in line with the requirements.
• Owning application areas under testing from planning to closure, this includes all steps of the process from beginning to end.
• Planning and analysis of Med D applications related to enrollment workflows and procedures in order to assist in the development of new or modified systems.
• Testing and management of the enrollment process.
• Advising the testing team on effective testing methods and business areas to be tested in the system.
• Reviewing and adhering to the UAT process and procedures to be in alignment with application processing rules.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,560
Maximum: 83,400
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
• 1 years of relevant testing experience.
• 1 years of experience in the Healthcare or PBM industry.
• Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) and collaboration skills.
• Courteous and professional demeanor with the desire and ability to work as a team.
• Knowledge of QA principles, practices and procedures and ability to apply this knowledge to a variety of work assignments and compliance initiatives
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. including Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
Preferred Qualifications
• 3 years of relevant testing experience.
• 3 years of Healthcare or PBM industry experience.
• UAT testing experience.
• Superior communication, organization, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Strategic, forward thinkers with sound technical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to interact and influence with senior leadership of the organization.
• Firm understanding of Federal and State agencies (CMS) and their role in Healthcare legislation.
• Thorough and detailed knowledge of investigating, analyzing, and performing corrective and preventive actions using experience to apply various methods and techniques that promote timely change and accountability.
• Good planner and extremely organized.
• Pro-Active preparedness qualities surrounding. government regulatory understanding and approach for change management.
• Ability to research, analyze and interpret rules and regulations, then apply them to current process and & procedures.
• Successful ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Experience with Visio, MS Project, and Facets also a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project collaboration and stakeholder meetings.
Education
High School diploma or GED equivalent required plus relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
