Joining the software development team at Accurate Background will allow you to be a part of our growing organization and be hands-on in exciting and innovative projects; which includes modernizing our current systems and building new progressive, industry-changing systems.
As a QA Manager you will work in a collaborative and agile environment with software team members, managers and product owners. You’ll be responsible for managing the QA resources across all agile teams.
Successful candidates will continually raise the bar on quality. They will actively focus on automating quality procedures, standardizing our defect tracking procedures and also automating our release process. They will also demonstrate excellent team building, leadership and interpersonal skills. Additionally successful candidates will mentor team on appropriate test procedures and documenting test cases.
Skills & Requirements:
• Worked previously in full agile environment.
• Hands-on testing and test planning experience.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium.
• Experience with MS SQL backend testing
• Experience in automating building and releasing applications.
• Experience managing distributed projects.
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proven experience managing offshore teams
• Experience in team building and leadership.
• Experience in Maven is a plus.
• Experience in testing SaaS and SOA environment is a plus.
