Quality Assurance Leader Jobs description
A quality assurance leader is responsible for ensuring that the products being manufactured by the team meet a specific quality level. Specific duties of a quality assurance leader include supervising the quality assurance executives, quality assurance auditors, quality assurance team and workers; providing guidance to the field staff in the area of manufacturing; establishing best practices and guidelines to best meet quality requirements; ensuring adherence to standards during the entire manufacturing process; advising workers on the use of technology; providing training to staff in using quality assurance tools and performing other tasks as may be required. A quality assurance leader typically reports to the quality assurance manager.A quality assurance leader should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree. Excellent academic credentials are required. Several years of progressively responsible experience in the area of quality management is essential for a quality assurance leader role.
