Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of related experience. Experience must include one year of quality control experience in a collegiate or professional football program (this one year of quality control experience cannot include graduate assistantship, internship, or similar experience in a non-permanent staff role). Knowledge of NCAA and ACC rules and regulations. Ability to travel and work hours on nights, weekends and holidays. Grade EH
Preferred QualificationsProficient knowledge of XOS or related coaching software.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
(Hiring multiple positions) The Senior Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for assisting the assigned coaching staff in game preparation and scouting duties for the University of Louisville Football Program. This position will report to the Head Football Coach
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the duties of graduate assistants
Provide general direction to quality control specialist
Assist assigned coaching staff with play installation and game plans/strategies
Coordinate and oversee assigned scout team plans
Direct and oversee completion of weekly scouting reports for coaching staff; provide direction to quality control specialist in production of scouting reports
Manage and produce assigned video cut ups
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach
